Password could not set with replica eDirectory server through SSPR

Hi, I have configured eDirectory replication(read/write) in windows (IDM 4.8) environment.In SSPR configuration addred both master and replica server along with certificate and other related configuration. password change with SSPR while using master server as LDAP for SSPR, password changed successfully but while trying to change password with replica server as LDAP for SSPR,System showing error " password does not meet the password policy"

Can anyone tell what is the exact issue please ?
