Error: DataModelException Message: Failed to get hostname -f: 1

Hi everyone.

After the Update SSPR Appliance v4.4.0.0 b306 r39665 to SSPR Appliance v4.4.0.7 b397 r579ab5b0 I Cannot Log in to the Appliance administration console (https://mysspr.com:9443)

When I want to Log in, I get an error in browser:

Error: DataModelException

Message: Failed to get hostname -f: 1

Any suggestion what could be wrong?

Unfortunately that is not a familiar error. Looking at a complete log might provide context and additional clarity. If you open a call with Micro Focus Support we will be happy to assist.

One thing to note is that as of Feb 28 SSPR has gone out of support. I suggest testing with SSPR 4.5. See https://www.microfocus.com/productlifecycle/?term=Self Service Password Reset
