SSPR in emergency/maintenance mode

The SSPR server was not restarted gracefully and not it's stuck in Emergency/maintenance mode.

Screenshot of the reboot is attached

I've also had a look at the rdsosreport.txt and it's here that it's telling me that it's started emergency shell. (I've also attached a screenshot of this.
