Secondary SMS attribute value not utilized for SMS communication in Change Password

Hi!

In the SSPR LDAP Directory profile it is possible to configure 3 attributes for SMS communication.

The expectation is that if the first attribute is missing, the next with value would be picked. That is not the case, for example when changing the password for a user in the Helpdesk module. Only the first attribute (primary) is used if it has a value:

Hi Tor,

If we have a case open with engineering on this issue after recreate the issue in house. i will reply on the case open with you when i have some new updates
