SSPR - Can Client Credentials OAuth flow be configured on a web service action?

Inquiry: Is it possible to configure Microsoft Graph API to trigger a phone number update on Microsoft Entra Authentication Methods?

I have noted that the Client Credentials OAuth flow is required for this process. However, I could not find documentation confirming if this is possible with SSPR. I see no much information if this is possible on the web service options
