I have configured an external MS SQL database in my network for User History. The database is up and running and from the commandline of my Access Manager appliance I can do a telnet to the IP and port of the database and get a connection string.
But I cannot see if the NAM is connecting to the database. When I do a netstat on the commandline, nothing shows that there is a connection. And I see no registered devices after a successfull login.
Where can I troubleshoot this issue? Which logfiles do I have to check?
