NetIQ Advanced Authentication App Push Notifications

For quite a few releases, I haven't received push notifications when an authentication request is initiated. I have to manually log in to see the auth request.

 

I still receive other push notifications for other apps, so know its not a Google/Phone problem. App notifications are all enabled.
