ArcSight Logger low EPS IN

Hi all,

My arcsight logger is currently having low EPS IN. I have actually rebooted the logger as well as carry out de fragmentation. However, the results are still the same.

My Smart Connectors which will be sending the logs to the logger are all building up cache. The cache has not changed and based on the review from ArcMC, the smart connector is not sending the logs to the logger.

I have checked the network connection between the logger and the smart connectors and it's working.

Please do let me know what is the next step I can take to troubleshoot it.
