Hello, I need help setting up ArcSight ESM to send emails when a rule is triggered. What is needed for this?

I saw this, but the problem is that I’m not sure if my SMTP protocol is configured (is it needed at all?) and whether it’s even possible to use external email addresses like gmail or others. After setting up the destination group and the destination itself, I try to test but get a sending error. Tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Let's ignore the trigger for the rule for now.
I have a problem even during the testing phase
in the notification resource
