Allow to restore "on premise" ArcMc backups to be restore in "containerized" ArcMc

Actually the ability to restore "on premise" ArcMc instance in another one in container (installed in CDF as capability) is not allowed as clearly stated in ArcMc documentation. As for some customers, with a lot of nodes configured, the re-implementation can be really difficult, I would ask to implement some kind of restore procedure.
