Summary
Connector shows down in arcsight console even it's service still in running state on connector's server

Situation
Connector shows down state in ArcSight Console. Could not re-register the esm destination due to error: "Parent 'site connectors' already has a child with name/alias 'OCL LB'"

Cause
The internal name of connector is still existed in esm's destination config -> need to delete/readd the esm's destination

Resolution
Delete exist connector in ArcSight Console.
Remove then readd esm destination on connector's setting -> error "Parent 'site connectors' already has a child with name/alias 'OCL LB' was no longer persist however connector in console still show 'down'
agent.log shown missing lb.jsonparser.properties caused connector not able to running -> copied this file to /current/user/agent/flexagent
After that connector running fine without any issue
