Summary
This is an observation on the Azure Event Hub SmartConnector. Some deployments have the cloud function apps disabled by default. Disabled Function App Settings

Environment
Azure Event Hub SmartConnector

Situation
After successful deployment, no events are reaching neither the connector nor its destination (Logger, ESM)

Cause
This problem can occur when certain Azure Eventhub functions are set to disabled, certain settings on the Arcsight Function App may be disabled by default.
