Situation
If a scheduled config backup is failing, if it is needed to be performed manually

Resolution
To create a manual configuration backup, there is an ArcSight CLI script available named "configbackup" that produces the exact same file as the GUI does.

As the arcsight user, run:

/opt/arcsight/current/arcsight/logger/bin/arcsight configbackup

The file will be stored under: /opt/arcsight/current/arcsight/logger/tmp/configs/configs.tar.gz
