How to Configure ArcSight SmartConnector encode language

Follow the below steps:

1. Go to SmartConnector server.
2. Stop Connector service
3. Open agent.properties.
4. Add the parameter below.

agent.parser.locale.name=<encode>

<encode> is your language encode. Refer the below link for more details, page 12

5. Start SmartConnector service and observe.
