After Upgrading OMT from 24.1 to 24.2, the ESM Web App might not restart properly on its own

Issue:

The ESM Web App pod might not restart properly after the platform has been upgraded to 24.2, and the about box might still show the old version of the app.

Workaround:

Restart the ESM Web App pod manually.
