[ESM] How to share resources between users

Situation

When you want to share resources to other user group

 

Resolution

In this example, we will try to share cases from admin user to other user group.

1. Login to admin user

2. Navigate to Cases

3. Right-click on admin's Cases, go to "Edit Access Control"

4. The Inspect/Edit section will be appeared on the right side of the Console, click on "Add"

5. Choose the user group, here we will choose L2_group. Then, click OK and Apply.

6. To check the sharing, you need to login to user which is in shared user group (here is TestUser), then navigate to Cases. admin's Cases will be in "Shared" Group.
