Upgrade Path ArcSight Management Center

Hi all,

Anyone can inform to me regarding upgrade path and step for ArcSight Management Center from version 2.9.2 become version 3.0?

I have existing condition in the below :

1. ArcSight Management Center at DC site (Appliance C6600)
Existing version : 2.9.2
Upgrade Plan version : 3.0
Existing OS : RHEL 7.6
Upgrade Plan OS :  RHEL 7.9
2. ArcSight Management Center at DRC site (VM Machine)
Existing version : 2.9.2
Upgrade Plan version : 3.0
Existing OS : CentOS 7.7
Upgrade Plan OS :   CentOS 7.9


  • Upgrade is supported from software ArcSight Management Center version 2.9.0 and 2.9.6 to software ArcSight Management Center 3.0.0.
    Best way is use GUI - it wont let you install unsupported version. This applies for Logger as well.
    System Admin - Linces and Update and upload upgrade downloaded from SLD portal.
