What to Do and See

At the conference, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from industry leaders on a variety of topics related to application security. The keynote speakers for this conference are Kim Wuyts, a senior privacy researcher at the imec-DistriNet research group at KU Leuven (Belgium), and Tanya Janca, founder of We Hack Purple and author of “Alice and Bob Learn Application Security.” 

One particular expert I am excited as always to hear from is Chris Romeo, who is presenting “Ten DevSecOps Culture Failures” on day 3 of the conference. There will also be a number of networking opportunities for attendees to connect with their peers, share their own experiences and learn from each other. The community within the AppSec industry is truly one of the best parts of this profession and OWASP events are always the highlights of this.
