I am getting this error for SSC "Unable to locate source file rendering information. Completion of an SCA scan using the latest version of sourceanalyzer is required to view source files." however the code snippet is shown in audit work bench for the same fpr file.

I am getting this same issue today and came to ask this question. I already tried setting FPRDisableSourceBundling to false instead of true in Core\config\fortify-sca-quickscan.properties. No change...

SSC can only display source code if actual source code was bundled when performing the SCA scan.
AWB may be showing something else known as "code snippets" ,but SSC does not support code snippets.

Please check if source code was bundled in FPR when performing SCA scan.

Did you use quick scan mode to scan the source code?

If not, you can set in the property in the <sca_install_dir>/Core/config/fortify-sca.properties file.

I am using SSC AND SCA version 24.2. I have made the changes in fortify-quickacan.properties but am still seeing this issue. SSC is not able to display the source code.

Kindly advise on what can be done

How does one check if source was bundled. I have set the disablefprsourcebundling to false and by default it should bundle with the sca scan but I would like to double check and verify. Kindly advise on the same
