Please, any suggestion?

This appears to be a permissions issue with the user defined to start the service. Have you tried changing the Logon As for the service? Is a log file being generated, if not, the service isn't starting due to a permissions issue from the OS. As you can start the application from console, but not service account then this leads us to the account trying to start the service.

I have run the service from cmd with administrator privileges, and yes, I tried to change the logon, but it's the same error.

There is a log file, but nothing can be useful.

I know that the error occurred because of Windows, but the only user on the machine is the administrator.

I already have solved this error but, I face a new one "Error 1053: The Service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"

And when I start WebInspect Sensor Service, it returns an error message "WebInspect Sensor Service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs"

I have redeployed the steps, and it works successfully. I don't know the error's reason.

Glad to hear you finally got this sorted out. As this is an error thrown by Microsoft Windows, you might be able to find additional information via Windows Event Viewer.

Yes, I have checked Windows Event Viewer before I have created the ticket.
