FPR extraction Issue of Merged Scan.

I have merge few scans and tried to extract FPR.

Every time I try to extract it I'm getting an error saying Missing Check 11716 in Secure base and I'm unable to extract the entire file.

Is there a way to resolve this ?

Have you tried running a SmartUpdate as mentioned? Also, do you have a mismatch in WebInspect versions where you are merging scans? If possible, could you open a ticket with Fortify support and provide the original scans to see if this issue can be reproduced?
