SAST Worker - SCA Version Not Found

I have SSC and SAST deployed in kubernetes via the helm charts from https://github.com/fortify/helm3-charts

SSC is up, SAST Controller is up and connected to SSC.  When the worker pod starts up I get:

Setting up SCA version...

Retrieving SCA version...

Error occured while detecting SCA version

Shutting down with errors.  Please see log for details.

The log contains nothing more than what is reported above.

This env var is being set in the worker COM_FORTIFY_VERSION_SCA=23.2.0

Not sure what the issue could be, any help would be greatly appreciated.
