How to change/customize the recipient of alert notification

Hi All,

  I am setting up alert template in SSC https://www.microfocus.com/documentation/fortify-software-security-center/2320/SSC_Help_23.2.0/Content/SSC_UG/Cr_Alerts.htm

In this  default option allows to configure email alerts to myself or to all assigned users for application.

I want to change this behavior and configure recipient email address to a mailing list. Objective is to send alerts to administrators of projects ( source control administrators) instead of so project assignees.

Is there a way to change this ?
