We are trying to upgrade Fortify SCA from 20.2.3 to 22.1.1 and receiving an error about Visual Studio extensionis not installing per a "unknown signal....child killed".

For VS 2019:

For 2017:

Our old install directory is:

C:\Program Files\Fortify\Fortify_SCA_and_Apps_20.2.3

New directory is:

C:\Program Files\Fortify_SCA_22

I have tried uninstalling the extensions and reinstalling via the 22.1.1 installer with Mcafee disabled.  Rebooting and trying again.  Running this command from an elevated cmd prompt:

VSIXInstaller.exe /a /q /skuVersion:16.11.32630.194 /skuName:Enterprise C:\Program Files\Fortify_SCA_22\FortifyPackage.vsix

It pops up the UAC and I click YES, but I do not see any progress.  Also, when I check Visual Studio 2019, the extension is not installed.  

Any ideas on how to resolve this?
