Is the pop-up 'Choose a digital certificate' affecting Webinspect scans?

Hi! We are using webinspect to run dynamic scans for a different team. Recently we have noticed a pop-up with a "Choose a digital certificate" when we were testing the login macro for this URL. We are triggering the scans from  cli using wi.exe.

I am mainly curious about two things:

1. Can this message impact the scans and cause the to be interrupted/incomplete?

2. What is the cause of this message?
