webinspect 20.1 error in macro recorder

Hello,

I update webinspect to version 20.1, but when doing a guided scan, I enter the url and try to verify but it does not advance, it does not show the page. as if I had no connection and the error message of recording the macro appears.

With version 19.20 I didn't have that problem.

I have an internet connection and I was able to download the update without any problem.

Any settings I can test.

  • We've had some customers reporting this issue, but have been unable to determine root cause. As a workaround, we request you run a basic scan instead of using Guided Scan.
