  • We are very much looking forward to this webinar. We have a number of questions that we hope can be answered during it. Thank you!

    1. What is the best method for scanning a Java application that does not use Maven (only uses Ant)?
    2. What is the preferred method for scanning now? SCA or ScanCentral. Also, what are the circumstances where AWB would be preferred over the Scan Wizard?
      1. Does one produce more accurate results than the other?
      2. Does the Scan Wizard configure a scan properly?
    3. The argument for -exclude folders/files doesn’t seem to work on ScanCentral command line. Need some guidance on excluding files and folders from a scan.
    4. We would like an overview on how merging works in SSC. This would be for cases where we have to scan multiple components of the same project (i.e. microservices, or frontend/backend components.
    5. What are the best procedures for debugging a ScanCentral scan? Where are the logs located? Which logs are the most useful?
