Situation
Can we install offline license for WebInspect which doesn't have network connection? The Offline license activation (license file) can be generated using browser that connect to the MicroFocus Licensing site, via a server that has an internet connection.
How do we deactivate the WebInspect offline license to be used in other server?

Resolution
You will not be able to deactivate your license if the WebInspect server is not connected to the internet as an error of "Cannot connect to web service to retrieve the license." will be displayed.

You will need to contact License support team to request them to deactivate your offline license, so that you can use it somewhere else.
