Summary
For a specific Ldap entity (Administrator) the assignment of roles to add new entities does not appear but other administrators and Ldap entities are able to add new users and can see the roles.

Situation
Unable to add roles and new Ldap entities as the roles do not appear and the buttons are grayed out.
There are no Ldap issues in the SSC logs.

Cause
New screen resolution was added to this specific window on SSC

Resolution
Advised to the customer that he needs to scroll down to be able to see the other options needed to be selected in order to select the Roles and application versions to add users to LDAP.
