Situation
One or more of the ScanCentral DAST containers may be continuously restarting and does not stay running. The log shows an error of "Unable to start Kestrel. Internal.Cryptography.CryptoThrowHelper+WindowsCryptographicException: The specified network password is not correct."

Cause
This is caused by a bad certificate password entered during the configuration of SC DAST.

Resolution
Re-run the configuration tool with the correct certificate password to resolve the issue.
