Summary
During Manual Scan, customer receives an error exception and is unable to run the scan.

Situation
The following exception appear:

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {0002DF01-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).
at SPI.WebInspect.ScanInteractView.LaunchAndWireUpIE()
at SPI.WebInspect.ScanInteractView.LaunchBrowser(String url)
at SPI.WebInspect.ScanInteractView.backgroundWorker_DoWork(Object sender, DoWorkEventArgs e)

Cause
Internet explorer disabled on windows.

Resolution
Since manual scan use IE, enable Internet Explorer will solve this issue.
