Summary
After changing LIM server hostname and port number, ScanCentral DAST scans were failing to start.

Situation

Errors:
Fortify.License.LicenseUtility.log ----> Error in validating LIM Pool ----> Unable to connect to the remote server ----> No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:81
ERROR | | DAST.ScannerWorkerService.BaseMessageHandlerWorker | Failed to start scan. scanId = 20.

Cause
LIM server hostname and port were not matching with initial DAST configuration.

Resolution
1.DAST Config Tool was used to apply correct LIM hostname and port.

2.Old API, GlobalService, UtilityService docker containers were removed and exchanged with new ones by running the new generated start script from DAST config tool.
