Summary
The securebase Last Updated info doesn't display the correct date of when the WebInspect offline smartupdate is done.

Situation
As WebInspect server doesn't have internet connection, the smartupdate is done offline, by copying file securebase.sdf and version.txt from other WebInspect server which has accessed to internet.

When checked from WebInspect, Help, About WebInspect, the "Last Updated" info doesn't display the date when offline smartupdate/file copy is done on the server.
