Summary
Versions created from a base version do not reflect the tags or changes made to the base version

Situation
When creating versions based on a base version that has already been audited and where tags have been placed, the changes will not be reflected in the new versions, the tags will not appear

Example:
You create a version 1--> upload an fpr---> audit FPR (not an issue)--->add tags and comments
Create a new version 2---> based on the first version (1), the audit history is not reflected.
