User has issue when scanning the website with WebInspect. It scan very slow and took a long time to complete. This is some points can help improve the performance when scan with WI
Resolution
- Please make sure that the hardware such as: RAM, CPU and free disk space are matches with the recommendation in System requirement guide in the link below. If the website user scanning is large or very large, user will need to upgrade hardware to improve performance.

- Make sure during WI scanning, there isn't any application working. It can affect to performance WI.
- Verify the website scanning is SPA or not. If it is not SPA, please disable SPA option, because enable SPA option when scan non SPA website can affect to performance and can make WI scan slowly.
- Make sure that the Secure Base is always latest version. and no issue with connectivity between WI and DB.
- Make sure that disabled all AV/Firewall and other heavy applications during scan, it will also have affected to performance scan.
