Summary
Running a scan in WI succeeds, but the scan log has errors saying: Check error, session:(null), CheckID:xxx, Engine:AlllAuditCapableLoader, Error:agent not loaded.

WebInspect 22.2 (it may also happen in earlier versions of WebInspect)
Windows

Situation
The following errors are thrown in the scan logs:

Error Check error, session:(null), CheckID:10270, Engine:AllIAuditCapableLoader, Error:compile failed
Error Check error, session:(null), CheckID:10274, Engine:AllIAuditCapableLoader, Error:compile failed
Error Check error, session:(null), CheckID:11273, Engine:AllIAuditCapableLoader, Error:compile failed

Error SPI.Scanners.Web.Framework.AllIAuditCapableLoader :in loadAdaptiveAgents,string.IsNullOrEmpty(results.AssemblyPath)
Error SPI.Scanners.Web.Framework.AllIAuditCapableLoader System.ArgumentException: The parameter is incorrect. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070057 (E_INVALIDARG))

Error Check error, session:(null), CheckID:11717, Engine:AllIAuditCapableLoader, Error:agent not loaded
Error Check error, session:(null), CheckID:11719, Engine:AllIAuditCapableLoader, Error:agent not loaded
Error Check error, session:(null), CheckID:11513, Engine:AllIAuditCapableLoader, Error:agent not loaded

The errors will be thrown in 2 different situations:

  • About 2 mins after the scan is started.
  • Opening existing scans, the error logs will be thrown and appended at the end of the scan logs.
