How can the Content-Type request header for a SOAP web service in Web Service Test Designer be changed to application/soap+xml?

Resolution
The Content-Type request header used is based on the binding defined in the WSDL file:

SOAP v1.1 sends as Content-Type: text/xml.
SOAP v1.2 sends as Content-Type: application/soap+xml.
