Inserting an image into an email template

The documentation references using a base 64 encoded value. However, exchange / outlook just doesn't play nice with them.

Check out this as a work around:

In the template we use the below line at the end of the template:

 
If you don't have an internal source with your images that are trusted by outlook you could try putting it on your IGA box under the ~webapps/cx/images/ folder and have it as a trusted site for outlook to trust.
