configured resource limit was exceeded

This is a VM 4 core and 16GiByte RAM.

At the start (ndsmanager startall) of a eDir I get this message.

failed because a configured resource limit was exceeded"
Where are the setting to reduce this 'configured ressources'?

This is a VM 4 core and 16GiByte RAM.

This <community.microfocus.com/.../unable-to-start-edir---config-resource-limit-was-exceeded> does not help.
