edirectory installation order

Hello.

I need to install edirectory on version 8.8 sp5.

When I try to run ./nds-install of edirectory 8.8 sp5 it doesn't load the installation.

The edirectory 8.8 sp 1 I have successfully installed.

I can find the manual of version SP1 and SP8, but not SP5.

The questions are:

1- Do I need to install edirectory 8.8 sp1 and then the rest of SP up to 5 or is there a way to install 8.8 SP5 directly?

2- Is there manual for version other then sp1 and sp8?
