Could it be yet another problem with iManager and updated ciphers in eDirectory?

And as iManager is end-of-life - they have extended it, but.. I just had a look in Identity Console, it does not have backup/restore.

Have you tried to do the restore from commandline to see if that works ?

I specifically want to use iManager in this instance (or rather a GUI based solution), after all it is in the eDir docs as a specifically described method.

I would expect cmdline to work. We haven't tried it yet (this time).

Perhaps it has something to do with ciphers in embox vs. what iManager is able to do.... or something like that.

Wonder how to adjust those settings.

I think there is a TID (or what ever they are called in these modern times) about how to get the Fanout Driver plugin to work with iManager, which is where I would start.
