Large LDAP Environment - Virtualized

We have a large (400+) accounts with several proprietary applications accessing the directory.

eDirectory 9.2.1

Three physical servers in an F5.

Any opinions as to moving to a virtualized environment.  VMWare or Nutanix.

All is running fine now.  We are thinking of virtualizing these three servers.
