Restrict "comments" field during reviews

Is there a way to restrict the comments field during a review? For instance define 3 options for comments only instead of an open text field and allow the user to choose one from these 3? Or maybe load a default value so that the user already has a sample text for that field?

    You *might* be able to hack the CSS of the page where the comments text box comes up to provide a default, but more realistically ---> you have a great suggestion for a feature improvement.  I'm not aware of any way out-of-box to provide options for a user.   Hrm...  you *might* potentially be able to use a workflow (now out in version 4!) to do that, but that would be a lot of work and maintenance for some comment box options.  If you add your thought to the idea exchange, I'll vote for it!
