Is there a way to show to reviewers only keep and modify?

For a certain type of access review I need the reviewers to see only keep and modify options. The REMOVE option should not be available.

    Hello,
      Keep and Remove are the default and required actions of a Review. They currently can not be disabled via a property in the Review definition. Only the Modify actions has the ability to be enabled/disabled via a property in the Review definition.

    It might be possible to hide the Remove button with custom css. Depending upon how it is applied, you might experience the behavior in all running Reviews.
