    Greetings,

    1) During the installation, did you select (a) have the installer create all of the schema and tables now, (b) use existing, or (c) create SQL files?

    2) What database are you using (a) MS SQL, (b) Oracle, (c) Postgres?

    3) Do you have a Virus Scanner that is checking "C:\Program Files\Tomcat\Tomcat9" and sub folders?

    4) It is not recommend to install into a folder with spaces as Java will stop at the space.  If you really did install into "C:\Program Files" that will cause issues.  The default install location is "C:\netiq\"

I would suggest that you either roll back your VM to the base  OR uninstall and delete all files and folders and then utilize our Helper Installer scripts located in the Technical Reference section to assist you with installing (a) Tomcat, (b) ActiveMQ, (c) JDK on this windows server  Since you are still using 3.7.x make sure you utilize the ones from the 3.7.3 documentation and not the ones from the 4.2 documentation page.

NOTE: 4.2 was released on 09-January-2024, and I would strongly recommend utilizing 4.2 at this time and not installing 3.7.3 if you are just starting out.  3.7.3 will not be supported in December 2024.
