Custom forms on business roles

Since with IG 4.2 it is now possible to directly request business roles, is there a way to use a custom forms for those as well?

I would like to assign a custom workflow using flowdata given by the user during request here.

The reason why this has to be a business role instead of a permission is that I can then use its assigment as a condition for other permissions to be requested.
