Unavailable API's in SaaS

I had heard that some API's are not available when using SaaS, to protect other tenants from doing "dumb stuff".   That makes total sense.

Is there a document that lists which API's are or are not available in SaaS?

I'm asking because we've built a set of automation tools to help with the bulk handling of applications, reviews, collector config, and I'd like to see if these will port to SaaS, or if we'll need to redesign.
