Add new email tokens

Status: Accepted
when sending out notifications sometimes need additional parameters like person specific attributes like departments or contact email for review owners.

So being able to add new email tokens will meet this need.

My suggestion is that you can add a new token and then point to the attribute that you want to link to the token.
