Currently the tokens available for use in email templates are very limited, and there is only one that includes identity information (username).
It would be extremely useful to be able to include ANY identity attribute (standard and custom) in the email templates. This helps to provide better information to anyone receiving email notifications from IG. For example from a data policy.
Another thing is that there should be a standard token for a person's Manager as a recipient for emails. Meaning: If the employee-Manager relationship exist in IG, it should be possible to use Manager as an addressee of emails.
