You need to enable Pagination. What version of IDM is this - you might need to use 4.8.6 or later to get the option (I did not see it with 4.8.5, but 4.8,7 does show it).

And please, do report back on how it works.

We are running 4.8.7.1.

Funny i dont have the "enable pagination" option.

If I look at driver packages it says its version 1.1.1.202... 

But theres no option to upgrade (if its not the newest version)

I got package version 1.1.3.2024...

It was only enabled in the latest version of the driver and package.

If you do not get any updated packages when you check for them, then it can be anything from a local proxy to the caching servers which are used to store the files.

In the designer documentation there is information on how to update packages off-line that could help.

Hm i have upgraded the driverpackage to 1.1.3.2024 and restarted designer.. .

I still dont see the option.

My pleasure, sometimes Designer does not do what it's expected to do.

This has to do with the tricky task of an UPdate Resource in a package. IT is hard to get new driver config settings updated via a package. Very easy to make a new driver and copy the XML into the existing one.

In theory it should work and be doable, but it is tricky to get just right.

They have fixed a number of problems with the latest package (for example it no longer strips off the Configured Resources), and the drivers I updated got the option to setup Pagination.

But as you say new driver, configured it, copy/paste the configuration xml to the old driver.

When does the next page "happen"?

I call the endpoint - then i read the data by grabbing xpath(.) and using javascript i extract my data.

Then i work on the data and in this case add my employees and then i do strip xpath (.) 

Otherwise i get something like "error because of opperation data in input element"

Then my driver kinda stops..

So when are the Driver calling the next page? have i stripped the next page information? Can i add it with xpath somehow?

I THINK the shim is expecting your JSON->XML to spit out an <instance> doc and probably with a <query-token> node specifying the next node.  SO in your case, @odata.nextLink in some format.
